Vijay is a consumer behaviour specialist having spent over 30 years in the advertising industry. He has been the strategist behind the positioning of brands like Colgate Gel, TVS motorcycles and Saffola among many other brands. Vijay has been deeply involved in creating total brand experiences from product development to last mile delight.
He is an engineer from IIT Kharagpur and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta.

Bugs is a highly respected theatre person. He has played some memorable characters on the English Stage like Judas and Pilate in Jesus Christ Superstar, Nicky in Pune Highway and a seven year old boy in Blood Brothers. Bugs won the META (Mahindra Award for Excellence in Theatre Arts) for best actor in 2008 for Jazz.
He has also acted in Bollywood films such as Taare Zameen Par, Delhi Belly, Kaminey, Dum Maro Dum and others.
Hetin is one of the pioneers of New Media Technologies in India. He became involved in this area soon after earning a Post Graduate degree in Business and Interactive Multimedia Technologies from the Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia. As Managing Director of Interactive Multimedia Technologies, he has led the company from being a web and multimedia design house to a fully integrated ITES solutions organization. Hetin has revolutionized operations of Real Estate companies across India and the Middle East through ebuild Softwares and Services. When it comes to the Web, mobile apps, augmented reality, erp solutions and new media, Hetin is leading and working with groups that are at the innovative edge.
When he isn't making pixels pop, Hetin is an avid movie watcher and fixer of things that don't need fixing. Which means his hobby is to tear down and rebuild gadgets, often making them better than before.
